Three alkaloidic compounds were isolated, separated. and charaeterized by using gaschromatography-mas spectroscopy analysis. Also the mixture if there active chemical compounds was tested qualitatively using Dragendroff reagent Various concentrations are represented by 10, 25, 35, 50 and 65 mg ⁄ml were prepared from the alkaloidic mixture They recorded different inhibition diameters values equal to 3 , 13 , 21 , 23 and 25 mm against growth of <em>Staphylococcus</em> bacteria. while the same concentrations showed inhibition values are represented by 11 , 21 , 23 , 25and 27 mm towards <em>Bacillus</em> <em>subtillus</em> bacteria. It was noticed that five alkaloidic compounds mixture was more effective against <em>Bacillus</em> <em>subtillus</em> than <em>Staphylococcus</em> <em>aureus</em> bacteria. It has therapeutic effects for treating various diseases resulting from infection by different microorganisms. In the current study, six alkaloids compounds were isolated and characterized from <em>cinamom cortexes</em> by using the GC-MS technique. The synergistic interaction was applied for the alkaloidic mixture against growth of two isolates of pathogenic fungi represented by <em>Urocystis agropyri</em> and <em>Candida albicans</em> by using the concentrations (25, 50, 75, 100, and 125 mg/ml) which recorded diverse diameters of inhibition equal to 58, 66, 72, 74, and 78 mm and 68, 52, 70, 72, and 74 mm, respectively. Its low solubility in water represents a problem with its commercial formulations. In this work, an aqueous micellar medium was formed with Brij 35, calculating the critical micellar concentration at 0.01% (w/v) by UV-visible spectrophotometry and conductimetry. In this medium, the apparent pka was estimated at 12.6 from spectrophotometric data by the graphical method and Partial Least Squares Regression. Finally, its degradation kinetics in this medium at pH 12 was studied, finding that it conforms to a first-order model, with a half-life of 3.3 h, higher than the 2.4 h reported by other authors for an aqueous medium. Several methods and nanomaterials have been identified using approaches such as Fourier- Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-Ray diffraction (XRD), and Filled Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM). Measurements were made on the impact of temperature, pH, and contraction on the uptake behavior of CR dye. The ideal duration of interaction to achieve balance is 240 min, and the pH levels fall between 3 and 11. When compared to the Freundlich model, the desorption data demonstrated a good connection with the Lengmuir model. Steenis</em> (Binahong) is a medicinal plant that has been used by the indigenous Indonesian community to treat various ailments including surgical wounds, stomach ulcers, and skin problems such as itching and sores. Candida albicans is the most important species responsible for infections in patients with immunological problems associated with invasive fungal diseases. The resistance of Candida species to antifungal drugs has made scientists pay more attention to traditional herbal medicine. Binahong contains secondary metabolites such as alkaloids, flavonoids, polyphenols, saponins, steroids and triterpenoids which have antioxidative and antimicrobial activity. This research was conducted to determine the compounds contained in binahong leaf extract using the Harborne method, determine the antioxidant power of binahong leaf extract through DPPH assay, and its antifungal activity using the Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion method against Candida albicans. The results of the phytochemical screening confirmed that ethanol extract of binahong leaves contains flavonoids, tannins, saponins and steroid compounds. Meanwhile, methanol extract of binahong leaves contains saponin and steroid compounds. The antioxidant test using the DPPH method showed that ethanol and methanol binahong leaf extracts had weak antioxidant activity, with IC50 values of 370.26 ppm for ethanol extract and 318.85 ppm for methanol extract. Both the ethanol and methanol extracts displayed significant anfungal activity against Candida albicans, with extract concentration as low as 6.25%.
